Ruben Salis - keyboards, vocals

Ruben was born in Chicago, Illinois, moving to Orlando at an early age.  At age 8, he began playing piano and guitar, establishing a musical foundation that would eventually allow him to attend Grove School of Music in 1988.  He played a significant roll in forming the rock band Bang La Terra, playing the first three years in the United States before their debut Caribbean tour in 1992.  His musical excellence was appreciated by visitors of the Hard Rock Café's in the Caribbean and Mexico, as Bang La Terra toured the Hard Rock Circuit from 1992-1995.  Ruben, along with the band, then returned to the United States, where he began producing bands for a well known Central Florida production studio.  He once again expanded his musical spectrum by utilizing his ability to compose music and sound effects for Soundelux Showorks and Universal Studios.   Ruben maintained a position as a sound effects engineer with credits including Universal Studios Halloween Horror Night #6 & #9, Kidzone and Ripsaw Falls located at Universal Studios theme parks. His musical talent has allowed him to perform with various bands including Twister, Slam, Volcano Joe and the Hot Lava Band, and Ward's Cleaver.  As a great keyboardist, Ruben has become an asset to Frankie and the West End Boys, demonstrating extraordinary musical and vocal talent.
